Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Amyza platform, website and associated dispatch services. By submitting a request or using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Service Definition
Amyza acts as a technology dispatch platform connecting individuals and businesses requiring commercial logistics, vehicle transport or breakdown recovery with verified, independent third-party operators across the United Kingdom. We provide the routing, quoting, and communication infrastructure.
2. Independent Operators and Liability
The transport and recovery services are provided by independent third-party operators, not directly by Amyza.
- While we enforce strict compliance standards (including verifying Goods-in-Transit insurance and O-Licences), the operator assumes full liability for the physical execution of the movement, the safety of the cargo/vehicle, and adherence to road traffic laws.
- Amyza shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or delay arising from the execution of the transport or recovery service.
3. User Responsibilities
When submitting a request, you guarantee that:
- All provided information regarding the vehicle, cargo, mechanical status, and location is accurate.
- You possess the legal right or authorization to authorize the transport or recovery of the specified vehicle or cargo.
- In recovery scenarios, you have prioritized your personal safety and contacted emergency services (999) if situated in a hazardous environment, such as a live motorway lane.
Failure to accurately declare the mechanical status of a vehicle (e.g., stating a vehicle rolls when it is locked) may result in aborted dispatch fees charged by the operator.
4. Quotes and Pricing
Initial quotes generated by the platform are estimates based on provided postcodes and declared vehicle/cargo status. Final pricing may be adjusted by the operator if the actual situation at the collection point differs materially from the user's submission (e.g., inaccessible location, undeclared damage requiring specialized winching).
5. Cancellations
Once an operator has been dispatched and is en route, cancellations may incur a call-out fee determined by the independent operator to cover incurred fuel and time costs.
